Who exactly is selling Heropost? (Credibility Check)

I couldn't quite put a finger on who the CEO or founders are because of a lack of information online, however I can tell you the company is based in Quebec City in Canada. 

Nevertheless, based on my positive experience with the software, I can confidently confirm that Heropost passes the credibility check and is NOT a scam.

What is Heropost Claiming?

Heropost claims that you'll:

• Be able to build a genuine connection with your followers on social media.
• Build, grow, and track your brand to achieve unprecedented reach.
• Have a one-stop-shop tool where you can manage all your social media accounts.

So what exactly is Heropost?

Heropost is a web-based social media management software that was launched in 2016.

The software is quite similar to Later, Hootsuite and Sprout Social whereby you can manage all your social media accounts on a single platform.

You can:

1. Schedule posts.
2. Do livestreams.
3. Instagram first comment.
4. Repeat post + Frequency control.
5. Direct messaging.
6. Automate Pinterest pins.
7. Use the integrated media manager so you never run out of content.
8. View in-depth Analytics.
9. Manage ALL your social media accounts on one platform.
10. View essential engagement analytics to see what's working.

Let's Break It All Down

Heropost makes it very simple to add all of your social media accounts to its platform. You can add unlimited accounts from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter and much more.

Heropost offers cross-platform integration, robust post-scheduling capabilities, and tons of analytics features.

I even noticed that Heropost's analytics were more intuitive compared with competitors, such as Later.

Another positive is that when using Heropost, you don't need to download anything since it's a web-based software. As long as you have an internet connection, you'll have access from anywhere.

However, for all the positives it offers, Heropost has received some criticism for difficulties related to posting on Instagram.

Some users struggled with authenticating their accounts on Instagram through Heropost.

Other users also grappled with scheduled posts not actually posting on Pinterest, Instagram and sometimes, Facebook.

Although these issues are few and far in between, they're definitely worth mentioning if you're considering Heropost as your social media manager.

To be fair though, ever since I purchased Heropost's lifetime offer, I haven't had a single issue.

Sure, the interface can be a tad slow, and support can take a while to get back to you, however, I haven't actually experienced anything extreme.

Heropost has been an excellent breath of fresh air for me, not because of its unmatched functionality, but mainly because of its pricing.

Softwares that offer the same service cost upwards of $2,000/Year and were way beyond my budget.

At around $1,200/Year for the pro version, Heropost is much more affordable than any other competitor in the social media management space.
